Writing is painful for many. Explaining coaching can be tricky since people don’t really understand what it is. And making it all sound exciting without over-the-top salesy-ness seems like a tall order.
What I do:
- You get my gut-instinct, on-they-fly edits to make your writing more engaging and exciting for your clients.
- You get my personal feedback in a copy review session, so you can learn from my experience and improve your writing for the Web.
- I run Grammarly through your website to catch spelling mistakes, typos, wish-washyness, and clarify foggy writing.
I’m not in your head. Coaches who work with me love this level of help because they are too close to their own work and ideas. They need the outside feedback, especially since I’ve worked with coaches forever.

FUNCTIONALITY
- It’ll be lightning fast. Things should work fast, logically, easily, and with the intent to lead visitors to take a step to working with you closer.
- I don’t do noisy bells nor distracting whistles. Every bit of tech is intentional. — and that intention is to tell enough to build excitement and invite the next step.

- I’LL TAKE CARE OF THE TECH. My team and I will handle all the tech, except a few small instances where we’ll guide you — where security is concerned. Tech typically includes WordPress stup, hosting, email accounts, secure server, email list setup, and a few more nerdy things. I aim for less tech and more savvy, but you can’t get around the essentials.

Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere after we’re done.
After your site goes live, you’ll need time to get familiar with it. For three months I support you. Specifically:
- I’m here to train and support you as you start using your site.
- I have guides, videos and my team on hand to help you get familiar with using your site in your business.
- You get my support program which includes backups, updates, statistics, and more.
- I mark 3 months to followup with a call to see how you are doing.
I also support clients in other ways including growing their site, building traffic, blogging and other ways to generate more clients and boost income.
Traffic Building Strategy
I provide tools, guidance, and feedback while you draft bits-n-pieces of content — so it all gets done timely and communicates the value of coaching. My clients find this invaluable.
3-Month Check-in
Training and Support
For three months, I will be right there to fix bugs, show you how to use the website, and ensure everything is running well.
When your site is done, you will be able to update it yourself. Specifically:
- You can make updates quickly yourself without having to email back and forth and wait.
- You can easily update body content just about anywhere, such as about page, testimonials, and automated emails that go out.
- You won’t be able to update graphics that make put the structure of the site such as the header, unless you’re good with Photoshop.
- Major structural or technical changes will be out of your reach.
- You will get all the design files I create to use as in your business. For example, for other marketing materials.
- You can save lots of money by doing quick updates yourself, which is one good reason people use WordPress.
- For 3 months after your site is up, I’m here to help ensure you are able to use your site and know how to make updates. If you get stuck, just ask.
In the end, you can make updates yourself – done as you like right away, quickly. It often takes the same amount of time to just make the update yourself instead of having to email a designer.
This ensures you know how to use your site, catches any bugs, and takes care of any other hiccup. Afterwards, we can discuss how things are going and see if I can support you further. Things I can help with include: creating a ebook, setting up a membership site, or starting a webinar.

QUICK LOGO DESIGN / TWEAKS
If needed, I can create a clean, simple, smart logo that fits the design of the site. I use a well-chosen font, and add an icon/small image per your choice.
If you want/need something more extravagant, we can discuss. You may need to hire a logo designer.
I will also tweak an existing logo (if you have one) to fit the website smoothly, usually more horizontal, as many design-heavy logos often are big and intricate and don’t work well on websites.
PHOTO RETOUCHING
I will edit photos of you to sharpen them, fix color balance colors, resolve lighting issues, improve colors, smooth out rough spots, sharpen blurryness, and — basically make you look like a movie star.

CHAT-GPT HERE AND THERE
I often pull up chatgpt to find the right word, the right color, idea or phrasing — or anything where a little “wisdom of the masses” kind of help.
It make things more complete, tidy, powerful in its special way.
I don’t think CHATGPT should be used to write all of your content — or at least I haven’t found a way to mimic uniqueness of a coach — and in that I believe there’s a huge opportunity for authenticity.
So, the content will come from you mostly, as you’ve probably read about already.
CHOOSING GOOD FONTS
You can tell when things are off on a website. It just doesn’t feel glued together properly. Bad font choices are part of that.
Given your market, the overall vibe of the websites, and good practices, and without overthinking it, think about font choices, usually just 1 or 2 to suit your site.
I use google fonts. There are plenty for us to work with, quick to use, and won’t add to costs.
GRAMMARLY FIXES
I run your content through Grammarly to fix typos, catch mistakes, and polish up your writing. This app is godsend 😉
OPTIMIZE SHARE LINK FOR
FACEBOOK AND LINKEDIN
I optimize your homepage feature image with a title and description so it looks good when sharing on Facebook and LinkedIn.
COACHING DIAGRAM
I create a “secret sauce” diagram that explains HOW your coaching works — and more importantly — WHY it’s valuable to clients. This is marketing.
SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS
I will add relevant social media links to your website so people can connect with you and be part of your “tribe.” 😀

SAVING SEO FOR LATER
Because there’s a lot of confusion about search engine optimization (SEO), mainly that people think it’s a flip-of-a-switch, and boom, you’re #1 on Google with clients knocking on your door — I save this for the marketing phase after launching.
The reality is that SEO is work. It’s marketing. It requires research, implementation, and tracking, and I’m not sure this is the best move for every coach. I’ve found there are better “first moves” to reach new clients, which depend on the coach.
Plus, getting the site up and running is plenty to focus on for now. Unless you’re really looking to go gung-ho, all day, every day on your business. That’s worth a closer look. 🙂

TIME. Working with me usually requires two sittings (an hour or so) a week to meet, draft content, gather materials, and review things I send to you. It’ll be more work in the beginning.
KENN’S FEE. Each coach’s situation is different. So, after we talk about your website, I will determine the cost of working together. I usually spread payments over 3 or 4 months and aim to get things done in 1-2 months.
OTHER COSTS. You’ll pay for hosting, domain name, and any other services needed like email list manager or calendar booking software.
