Truth to it?
For me, it’s gold because creating good content is fabulous for getting the word out without being cheesy, salesy, or pestery. ;D
Google loves it too, and thus sends you traffic.
Plus, well-written articles build your credibility as a so-called “expert.”
Though I don’t like the word expert too much, I do think that good content builds trust, shows commitment to your industry, and shows you care about people. That’s good for your image.
Finally, good material simply has its own way of spreading by digital word-of-mouth so to speak (like a good movie).
The magic is like this, a potential client has a struggle, searches online for info, runs across your article, clicks to your site, and contacts you for coaching.
And you were asleep (or on a road trip checking out Lord of the Rings sites in New Zealand, heh)
Btw, here are 3 SEO tips, if traffic from Google is important to you: https://coachingsitesthatwork.com/best-seo-tips/
Furthermore, your posture in that first call is so much better when people are coming to you for help instead of you having to chase down people.
So, publishing? Wuddya reckon?
