Are you afraid that people don’t want “coaching”?
Are you afraid that people won’t want “coaching”?
I hear this from coaches worldwide — that the businesses (or people) in their country or city “don’t understand” or “don’t want” coaching.
There’s a fear that “coaching won’t work.”
So, if this is you, then I urge you to talk less about “coaching” (the processes, approach, tools) and instead get in a conversation with clients about their pains, struggles and goals.
* Understand their challenges.
* Be professional about your engagement.
* Give them a structure to work together.
* Earn trust by being a great coach.
Then they will want “coaching” … or rather they will want YOU because you are helping them solve problems, transform life, and reach goals.
😉
What clients want is a coach who they believe will help.
