I hope that at the end of this read, you’re back in action and ready to get it done.

TIP 1. Clients aren’t going to worry as much about it being as perfect as you are.

TIP 2. Clients are out there waiting for you to show up in their lives — and every day that goes by you’re not “out there” is another day that goes by that you don’t find them. It’s another day they stay stuck. It’s another day they might find another coach. It’s another day you’re not getting paid to coach them.

TIP3. Even after you launch, there’s more to do. You’ve got to work on visibility afterward. So get the site up now, and start getting out there.

TIP 4. There will ALWAYS be things to improve, fix, tidy, and tweak. It’s endless. So you might as well get the basics in place and get going.

TIP 5. If you’re overthinking it, then set a deadline. Talk to your coach about it.

TIP 6. What would “good enough” look like?

TIP 7. What exactly is causing you to hesitate, to work on it more, to keep rethinking it? Get someone to help you find the deep-seated issue at play.

Essentially it’s perfectionism, fear of being judged, or fear of failure — a fear or worry of some sort that something bad might happen. Maybe your image or career is at risk?

TIP 8. What would you advise someone in your shoes to consider, to do, to realize?

Setting a doable deadline and getting a clear website map are two things I do with clients to help make the website creation journey a success. I write about that and more in my book, The Coaching Website Guide. Worth a look.
