A Content Marketing Maneuver For More Visibility From Weekly Articles
Content marketing is great for coaches because you both …
(I’ve got a little trick I want to mention below)
1. Build credibility as you share wisdom
2. Use articles/posts to reach people respectfully
Clients love hiring coaches they TRUST.
Trust is a biggie — and it happens over time with positive touches.
I can go on and on about content marketing, but just want to share a QUICK LITTLE MANEUVER if you’re writing something (posts/articles/emails) on a weekly basis — and you want more visibility.
HERE’S THE MANEUVER:
After you write your weekly article, you give it a rest, and then a day later, you create a handful of shorter posts that relate to that article.
The energy is there, and if you look at comments to your article, you’ll find even more to say. Ride that energy!
FOR EXAMPLE …
For example, for this article, you’re reading right now, I could easily create smaller posts like these four:
1. Remember to keep in touch with possible clients (like your email list or social following) because positive interactions over time BUILDS TRUST — and clients hire coaches they trust!
2. When you post content, ensure your audience is BETTER OFF from reading your stuff — like share insights, make them laugh, and tell relevant stories.
3. Turn your WEEKLY ARTICLE into a DOZEN MORE POSTS by creating short-form bits and blurbs related to it and scheduling it out across all your platforms — you can nearly automate this today with tech.
4. USE COMMENTS to your articles for more social posting fodder! When I read responses to my posts, more great stuff surfaces on the topic.
It’s WORK to create articles, so you might as well leverage the momentum of your content into more easy, fun, creative material. It’ll help your exposure.
Is this maneuver clear? Got your own fun tricks for content?
