I like the big text that says “Leadership coaching for …”. I like it because it tells me what this site is. I’d like it better if we tied in some end benefits “Leadership coaching that brings measurable, observable outcomes.”

After boosting the headline message, I’d make that newsletter list invitation absolutely irresistible to your ideal client. 

Clients love to work with those who they trust and that often takes multiple positive interactions. And your email list (newsletter) is a super tool for that. So, I’d get the opt-in box more prominent by moving it up, pointing out the value of your newsletter, and giving your invitation an immediately accessible resource – like a mini ebook. 

Then, compare your sign-up rate for the month before making the tweak and the month after.
